About Us

The Friends of Historic Vineland was founded for the purpose of increasing public awareness of the rich and fascinating history of the community of Vineland, NJ. The reason for it's existence is to create pride in Vineland for the mutual benefit of all members of the community, but especially for the youth of Vineland. This group has the most to gain from such pride and over the years has the most to contribute to the future of Vineland--which hopefully will be even more illustrious than the past.

The Friends is a tax free incorporated entity made up of wonderful, public minded individuals from Vineland and surrounding areas who enjoy working together to accomplish the above goal. Meetings are usually held on the third Thursday of the month starting at 7:00 PM, usually in the office of Mayor Campanella.

Individuals interested in "living history" are welcome to attend the meetings and to participate in our events. The list of Board Members is as follows: Antonio Menone, Carol Paterson, "De" Campanella, Dr. Frank DeMaio, Janice Olivio, Jeannette Fisler, John Makos, Kevin Kirchner, Linda Schimmel, Maria Perez, Mary Ribaudo, MaryAnn Kirchner, Matthew Jordan, Mayor Anthony Campanella, Nina Orlando, Pearl Giordano, Peter DiStefano, Robert Trivellini, Rosanne Hughes.
